Hi, I'm Kacie

I spent years working in accounting before I realized I'd hit a ceiling. I was good at the work, but working for someone else meant there was only so far I could go and only so much I could give my clients.

A business owner approached me about starting to freelance for them, and with my company's approval, I said yes. But something clicked almost immediately because I truly felt like a real partner to someone who needed me. I could see the difference it made, and I wanted to make that difference for more people.

What I didn't expect was how much I'd love building a team. Growing a team wasn't part of the plan at all, but as the business grew, I realized I wanted to create something bigger than just me. A place where driven, detail-obsessed, genuinely caring people could do work they loved and grow right alongside the businesses they served.
